We integrate with trusted third parties:

- Cloud hosting: Encryption at rest on our hosting provider

- 30-day grace period: Deleted accounts can be recovered within 30 days
- Permanent deletion: After 30 days, all data is permanently removed

- Contact your members: We only email you, not your congregation
- Use for training AI: Your data is not used to train models
- Access without permission: Only you access your data
